Dr. Laura Jana, MD
Dr. Laura Jana, Pediatric Advisor to Once Upon a Farm, is a well-admired board-certified pediatrician, health communicator and the award-winning co-author of Heading Home with Your Newborn (2nd Ed, AAP 2010), Food Fights (2nd Ed, AAP, 2012) and three children’s books (See All Here). She passionately endorses the innovative baby food brand and is a strong believer that positive nutritional habits start from the first bite.
Dr. Randy Worobo
Food Microbiology in the Department of Food Science at Cornell University. He received a B.S. in Food Science in 1990 and a Ph.D. in Food Microbiology in 1995 from the University of Alberta, Canada. From 1994 – 1997 Dr. Worobo conducted postdoctoral research at the Institute for Molecular Biology and Genetic Engineering at the University of Poitiers, France. He then joined Cornell in 1997. Dr. Worobo’s primary program area in the Department of Food Science is fruit, vegetable, and beverage microbiology. His expertise area includes food safety, Juice HACCP, non-thermal processing, fruit and beverage safety and spoilage, antimicrobials, peptides and proteins, and heat resistance molds and bacteria.
Dr. Jill Castle, MS., RD., LDN.
Jill Castle is a registered dietitian/nutritionist and a childhood nutrition expert. With over 25 years of experience with babies, toddlers, children, and teens, in a variety of settings from private practice and consulting to author and writer, and as a mother of 4, Jill is sought after as one of America’s childhood nutrition experts.
